  • Custom items like fonts, illustrations & graphics may require a license fee for use. We recommend setting aside a budget of $100 - $300AUD for this.

  • We accept card payments or bank transfer.

    Your first initial payment is required to be booked in to our project schedule. If you’re on a 4 or 8 instalment payment plan, you can pay monthly until your project is paid in full.

    First payments are non-refundable if you decide to cancel your project.

    Non-Australian clients will be charged an additional 3% fee to cover conversion fees from our payment provider.

What about Squarespace for E-Commerce?

Squarespace has great basic e-commerce capabilities and is great for new sellers testing the market. It’s a powerful story-telling tool when brand building is crucial in the early stages of your business. For experienced sellers with a large inventory we recommend Shopify.

Do you provide copywriting?

We work with some fantastic copy partners that suit a variety of budgets and tone of voice. Get in touch with us for more info.

Why Squarespace?

Squarespace is a website building platform designed with beautiful layouts, powerful conversion and user friendliness in mind. They emphasize mobile friendly design ensuring that you don't lose any functionality (or design) when your site goes mobile. It can do almost anything Wordpress & Shopify can do (including e-commerce).

How many branding concepts will you produce?

We provide one to two branding concepts in your presentation. Although exploration is a big part of the initial design phase, we really narrow things down so only the ideas that hit the bulls-eye get presented.

Will I receive working files?

We don’t provide any working files with our handover, but social media templates are included in our branding design package. If you would like any additional templates to make changes to please let us know and we can build a custom package for you.

Why is the initial payment non-refundable?

When we receive your initial payment, we book your project in to our studio workflow. As an intentionally small studio, we only take on limited projects each month. A cancellation would mean an empty project slot that could've otherwise been given to another client. As a small biz this affects our cash flow & scheduling.

What if I need to cancel or delay a project?

Let us know as soon as possible. We can help you adjust the timeline. For cancellations, we'll need to charge for any work carried out after we received your initial payment and approval to begin work.

I don’t need all the things. Can I book my package at a cheaper rate?

The price of each of our design packages are the minimum investment to work with our studio. If you would like to swap out certain deliverables for something else, get in touch with us and we can work something out. Please note that some items (i.e. moodboard and brand presentation) can’t be swapped out as they are a part of the design process.
